Bacchius kneels right, with camel at his side, extending olive branch; in exergue, BACCHIVS; on right, IVDAEVS. Cr. 431/1; B. 13; RRSC D223. 3.51 g. 18 mm. Scarce. Superb example, with great details. Pleasant tone. EF. Bacchius, unknown to history under that name at least, might be Aristobulos II of Jerusalem (who submitted to Pompey) or Dionysios of Tripolis.
