Fausta, wife of Constantine I (324-326). AE Follis, Alexandria mint, 326 AD. Obv. FLAV MAX FAVSTA AVG. Mantled bust right, hair waved, wearing necklace. Rev. SPES REI PVBLICAE. Spes standing facing, head left, two children in her arms; in exergue, SMALB in crescent. RIC VII 40 (R4). AE. 3.24 g. 19.5 mm. RR. Very rare and superb example with lovely chocolate patina. EF.
