Probus (276-282). BI Antoninianus, Serdica mint, 276-282. Obv. IMP C M AVR PROBVS AVG. Helmeted, radiate and cuirassed bust left, holding spear in right hand and shield in left hand. Rev. VIRTVS PROBI AVG. Probus, riding left, raising right hand and holding sceptre in left hand; at his feet, captive. RIC V 887. BI. 3.57 g. 23 mm. Gently smoothed. Lightly toned, the surface silvering is well preserved on the obverse. EF.
