Sicily. Halykiai. AE Tetras or Trionkion, c. 400-397 BC. Obv. Nymph standing left, sacrificing over hound's head; fern or palm branch to right; three pellets around. Rev. Herakles standing right, leaning on club and holding lion skin: three pellets around. HGC 2 - (cf.487, Himeraia?); CNS I - (cf. 39-41, Area of Himera); L. Lazzarini serie I,2. AE. 3.15 g. 14.00 mm. RRRR. Extremely rare, very few specimens known. Lovely dark olive green patina. VF. Cf. L.
