Greek Italy. Northern Apulia, Luceria. AE Quincunx, c. 211-200 BC. Obv. Head of Mars right, wearing Corinthian helmet; above, five pellets. Rev. Wheel of eight spokes; between spokes, LOVCERI. HN Italy 678 (Minerva); SNG ANS 699-703; HGC 1 607. AE. 14.91 g. 26 mm. Brown-reddish tone. Well centred specimen. Nice portrait of Mars. Good VF.
