Historically important. Brilliant and toned, with iridescent hues. VF. Marcus Junius Brutus, known for his role in Julius Caesar's assassination, was a key figure in the late Roman Republic. He opposed Caesar's dictatorship, believing in the restoration of the Republic. Lentulus Spinther, a senator and supporter of Pompeus, was initially aligned with Caesar’s enemies but later sought reconciliation with Caesar after his defeat in the civil war. Both men embodied the complex allegiances of Rome’s turbulent political climate, though Brutus' legacy as a 'liberator' sharply contrasts with Spinther's pragmatic shifts in loyalty.
