L. Farsuleius Mensor. AR Denarius, 75 BC. Obv. Diademed and draped bust of Libertas right; behind, pileus and S·C; before, MENSOR. Bead and reel border. Rev. Warrior in biga right, holding spear and reins, assists togate figure to mount into the chariot; below, LXVI; in exergue, L·FARSVLEI. Cr. 392/1b; B. (Farsuleia) 2; RRSC D 185b. AR. 3.93 g. 19.5 mm. Well centred and choice, lightly toned with bright fields. Peripheral area of weak strike on reverse, otherwise. EF.
