Faustina II, wife of Marcus Aurelius (died 176 AD). AE Sestertius, struck under Marcus Aurelius. Obv. FAVSTINA AVGVSTA. Draped bust right. Rev. DIANA LVCIFERA SC. Diana Lucifera standing right, holding long torch with both hands. RIC III (M. Aurel.) 1630; C. 88. AE. 27.50 g. 33.50 mm. A choice example. Delicate portrait and lovely deep brown patina, with lighter spots on high points. Good VF.
