Vesta, veiled, standing left, holding patera and sceptre. RIC IV 30; C. 5. AR. 2.07 g. 20.30 mm. RRRR. Of the highest rarity. Chipped flan. Good F. Gaia Cornelia Supera was the wife of Aemilian. Like the wife of Gallienus, Julia Cornelia Salonina, Supera was descended from the illustrious gens Cornelia . Nothing else is known about her, apart from what can be gleaned from the coins struck in her name.
