Septimius Severus (193-211). AE 26 mm, Markianopolis mint (Moesia Inferior), struck under the consular legate Julius Faustinianus. Obv. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind. Rev. Cybele enthroned left, holding patera and resting elbow on drum; at the legs of the throne, lion. Varbanov I 775. AE. 10.17 g. 26.50 mm. Dark green patina. VF.
