Diva Faustina I, wife of Antoninus Pius (died 141 AD). AE Sestertius, struck under Antoninus Pius, c. 141-146 AD. Obv. DIVA AVGVSTA FAVSTINA. Draped bust right, hair waved and coiled on top of head.. Rev. PIETAS AVG SC. Pietas standing left, dropping incense over lighted altar and holding perfume box. RIC III (A. Pius) 1146A; C. 240. AE. 23.48 g. 31.50 mm. Enchanting and nicely detailed portrait. Lovely light brown patina with minor green deposits. Good VF/About EF.
