C. Servilius C.f. AR Denarius, 57 BC. Obv. Wreathed head of Flora right; behind, lituus; before, FLORAL·PRIMVS (MV ligate). Rev. Two soldiers facing each other and presenting swords; on right, C·F; in exergue, C·SERVEIL (RVE ligate). Cr. 423/1; B. (Servilia) 15. AR. 3.89 g. 17.00 mm. A superb example, prettily toned, with lovely iridescent hues.
Reverse perfectly centred, rare as such. EF.
