Herakles right, fighting lion; above, ethnic; below, K. HN Italy 637; SNG ANS 632. AR. 0.74 g. 12.00 mm. R. Rare and superb. Lightly toned, with warm hues. EF. 'The name on the obverse seems to be related to the Roman name Septimius.' (HN Italy, p. 76, 637 note).
