Charioteer driving slow quadriga right, holding kentron in right hand, reins in left; above, Nike flying right, crowning horses with wreath. Rev. ΣVRAKOΣION. Diademed head of Arethusa right, wearing necklace; four dolphins around. HGC 2 1306; Boehringer 192 (O87/R131); SNG ANS 61 (same dies). AR. 17.01 g. 23.00 mm. Choice example of this archaic issue. Old cabinet tone, underlying luster. Good VF.
