Trophy of Gallic arms; on right, axe surmounted by an animal's head; below, CAE-SAR. Cr. 452/2; B. (Julia) 26. AR. 4.12 g. 19.00 mm. Scarce. Hair-line flan crack. Sound metal, full weight and broad flan. A superb example, of great beauty. EF.
