Greek Italy. Northern Apulia, Arpi. AE 23 mm. c. 325-275 BC. Obv. Laureate head of Zeus left; before, ΔAZOY; behind, thunderbolt. Rev. Wild boar right; above, spearhead right; in exergue, APΠANΩN. HN Italy 642; SNG Cop. 605. AE. 7.27 g. 23.00 mm. A very attractive example. Broad flan, lovely deep olive green patina, with lighter spots. Good VF.
