Julian II (360-363). AR Reduced Siliqua, imitating Lugdunum mint. Obv. C(inverted)N FL CL IVLIANVS PF AVC. Pearl-diademed, draped and cuirassed bust right, with short beard. Rev. VOTIS/V/MVLTIS/X within wreath; below, LVC (C inverted). Cf. RIC VIII 218 var. (obv. legend). AR. 1.37 g. 16.50 mm. RR. A very rare and interesting contemporary imitation. Unusual portrait and blundered legends. Nicely toned, with golden hues. About EF/Good VF.
